Custodial Project Manager

JVM is looking for an Onsite Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall performance objectives, contract deliverables, quality control, and the placement of qualified personnel on this contract. The Onsite Project Manager will serve as JVM's authorized point of contact with Government personnel and shall ensure contract compliance and satisfactory performance.


  • Shall communicate with building managers to learn when rooms within the facilities will be used after 6:00 p.m. and work out an alternate cleaning schedule for that day
  • Shall immediately inform the government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of any schedule changes.
  • Shall have, in writing, full authority to act on the behalf of JVM on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract.
  • Shall be located at the Army Installation during hours of operation
  • Shall meet with the Government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer to discuss immediate problem areas.
  • Must be accessible by phone to the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within fifteen (15) minutes of notification
  • Must be physically accessible within thirty (30) minutes of notification.
  • Shall be responsible for retrieving each employee identification badge prior to an employee being terminated from employment.
  • Shall be responsible for returning the identification badges to the Security Officer
  • Shall provide follow-on training of communicable disease response, preventive measures, and daily cleaning operations to custodial operations staff.



  • Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in custodial services
  • Shall have managed up to 1 million square feet of administrative space for a year within the past 3 years
  • Shall have proven experience in writing in custodial procedures and the ability to plan and organize work schedules.



  • Must have a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background investigation prior to being allowed access to the Garrison building.
